• What time can guests check in?

Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m.

• What time are guests expected to check-out?

Check-out time is within 10 a.m.

• At what time does the hotel close?

There is alway the possibility to enter in hotel.

• Can guests still keep the beach umbrella after checking-out?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.

• Is the beach service included in the price?

Yes, our Hotel provides use of dressing cabin hut at the private beach, one beach umbrella, one sun-bed and one deck-chair per room.

• Is it possible to reserve the position of the beach umbrella?

Unfortunately not. The position of the beach umbrella depends only on the availability at the check-in.

• Are pets allowed?

Only small dogs are allowed.

In any case, pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant, bar.

• What kind of services does the price include?

The prices are meant per person per day. Prices include th room with all comforts, the rental of the bicycles, the beach service (15/05-15/09), internet Wi-Fi free and parking place free of charge, until places are available.

• Is there a discount when meals are takes outside the hotel?

No discount will be granted when meals are taken outside the hotel.

• Is it possible to pay by credit card?

We prefer cash, but we accept VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD et ATM !
